Does it matter how old you are to participate?
For kids classes, programs start as young as 18 months with Diaper Dragons, followed by Tiny Tigers, youth classes, and teen/adult classes.
Can I try a class before I sign up?
Yes. Request information and the team will help you schedule the right introductory class.
What do I need to bring to my first class?
Bring comfortable clothes, water, and a readiness to learn. The academy team will guide you on uniforms and equipment.
How big are the classes?
Classes are structured for personal attention, clear instruction, and safe training.
Do I need any prior martial arts experience?
